A NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit of 50% of your order and shipping fees if necessary is due at the time of booking. Only a deposit secures your order and date. If a date change is needed a new deposit must be paid to secure new date. Once deposit is paid order details will be discussed.
The remainder balance of your order is due 1 week prior to your pick-up date/shipping date. It is understood that you are responsible for paying your balance off in full on or before that exact date. A reminder will NOT be sent out for your payment. It is your knowledge and mines that if the balance isn’t paid then your order will NOT be filled.
It is understood that if you give me creative freedom and you are not satisfied with the end result, NO REFUND will be given.
Orders will be shipped to the address given after shipping is calculated and a signature will be needed.
The only person that I will converse with to make changes is the person who initially contacted me and is in charge of payments.

If you have booked a date already and a flash sale occurs, the flash sale price will not apply to already booked orders.
Rush Orders will incur a $25 fee
